Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall be read with and form part of
the Order to which they relate.

"Supplier" means Local Threads.

"Purchaser" means the person company or other entity making the order.

"Products" means the articles, products, materials, items described in the
Order.

"Order" means the Purchase Order of which these Terms and Conditions of
Purchase form part raised by the purchaser for the provision of the product.

1. Purchase Order:


The purchaser agrees to purchase the product according to the Terms
and Conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

2. Performance of the Contract:


The supplier agrees to supply the product in accordance with these
Terms and Conditions.

3. Purchase Order:


The purchaser shall submit his/her design to the supplier. Such Order
shall include full payment for the item(s), plus delivery as charged by the
supplier.

4. Breach of Copyright:


The Purchaser remains liable for any breach of copyright or trademark
that may arise from the production of an order by the supplier and the
purchaser indemnifies the supply against any claim or demand.

5. Acceptance of Order:


The supplier reserves the right to refuse to produce any design
submitted by the purchaser at any time for any reason and will not enter
into any correspondence concerning the refusal. The purchaser is
entitled to a full refund of the purchase price less any reasonable
expenses incurred by the supplier in complying with the order.

6. Specifications:


The supplier retains all artistic control over the design submitted by the
purchaser. No claim shall be made by the purchaser relating to use of
materials, size, shape or colour of design produced by the supplier.

7. Warranties:


The supplier warrants the goods supplied to be a merchantable quality,
comply with the requirements of the purchase order and fit for the
purpose for which the products are intended to be used by the
purchaser. The supplier does not warrant that the colours shown on the
computer screen will be exactly reproduced in the product. The
purchaser may by written notice to the supplier within 7 days of delivery
make a warranty claim on the supplier. The supplier is not liable for any
damage resulting from misuse of the product, washing or ironing a
product not in accordance with instructions.

8. Procedures for Delay:


The supplier will take all reasonable steps to minimise any delay in
supplying the product. The supplier will notify the purchaser that delivery
may be delayed and offer a refund to the purchaser if delivery will be in
excess of 30 days from the placement of the order.
